Nik Magill

Founder, CCO, Producer, Editor - FMAN : Host - Talk Tull to Me, Random Encounters, R1Gged

Nik has been acting and writing for a long time now. Not only is he trained in such techniques as Shakespearean stage and long-form improv, but he also has extensive education in voice acting. Working with such powerhouses as Carol Monda, Johnny Heller, and Jay Snyder, he has training in Audiobooks, Animation, Narration, and Commercial voice work.

Nik has wanted to create podcasts for the longest time, and finally made the jump to not only create his own, but start his own casting empire, the Feckless Momes Audio Network.

Together with his life-long friend, Omen, he’s brought their acting troupe, Feckless Momes, to a new format, and millions of eager ears.

Nik’s CV and voice demos can be found here.

Omen Sade

Host, former flautist - Talk Tull to Me

Omen-small.jpg

Omen took too long to give me his bio. So here’s what I wrote:
Omen was raised in a yurt, by pink fairy armadillos. Until the age of 12, he ate nothing but snails and roots. His only form of communication was playing the flute. When Nik adopted him, that’s how they communicated for the first few years. From there, they bonded over their love of Jethro Tull. To this day, Omen still has a soft spot for escargot and parsnips. And, of course, Jethro Tull.

Omen’s real bio:
Omen is a NYC based actor, writer, and freelance teacher. He is also a co-founder of Bros Do Prose. He is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College with a BA in and Theater and Social Change, and of the École International de Theatre Jacques Lecoq, Paris.
Listening to Jethro Tull as a teenager was massively formative.

Brandon Magill

Brandon has been guarding a hole in an ancient oak for decades. He doesn’t know why, the chicken who tasked him with the epic quest refuses to reveal its mysterious, fowl secrets. Once a week, on his bathroom break, he likes to talk with his brothers about rolling dice and monsters.

His favorite food is green, his favorite color is b-flat, and his favorite hobby is avoiding all hobbies. If you’re walking through the woods one day and hear a low rumble, you may be lucky enough to have heard Brandon at his post. If you hear that, you must do that thing that you were most afraid to do before sundown, or you’ll sneeze. Once. That’s it.

Matt Magill

unnamed.jpg

Matt has been creating art, and specifically comics, since he was old enough to hold a pencil.  He attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon Graphics after high school and has been independently publishing his own comics ever since.

He is the creator of various webcomics including Eat @ Shrimpy’s and Luthor the Laziest Viking.  He also created and publishes Masters of the Treehouse, an all-ages webcomic that plays on the themes and characters of his youth.  A Kickstarter for the collected twelve issue series will be coming in mid 2019!

Updates and all of his work can be found at Oh Jeez! Comics.

Recently, Matt has paired up with writer David A. Byrne and W.I.N. Pictures on two projects:  “The Couch”, a comic book about a down-on-his-luck psychiatrist to the superhero population of Megalopolis, is on its fourth issue with many more to come;  “Spy-Deerman”, a webcomic about…well a deer that is also a super-spy, as the name implies, is in development and will begin its release schedule shortly.

Matt is also the creator and developer of Roll for Autism, a d20 roleplaying game that is specifically geared toward helping instill social skills in those with autism.  Matt is currently testing the game with various groups of autistic and non-autistic individuals and plans on launching a Kickstarter for the base game and first adventure setting in the spring of 2019.

The idea of Roll for Autism is to create a role-playing game experience for autistic children that can be implemented in school and other therapy settings in order to promote social skill development, as well as other skills we take for granted such as basic math and reading comprehension.

Roll for Autism will have a core rulebook that contains the basic instructions for the game, and helpful tips to create campaigns of your own.  It will also come with a pre-written adventure (with many more to follow) that prompt social skill development through the game setting.  Obviously, this will be a system that is heavily dependent upon the Game Master implementing these skill developments, but when put in the right hands, it could be an incredible tool.  The system is set up for a Game Master and four players, but not all players need be autistic to partake.  The social skill building tools will help anyone and everyone who takes part.
